Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates).

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Order before 3 PM for next-day delivery — orders placed after 3 PM are processed the following business day.

For example, an order placed at 7 PM Tuesday ships Wednesday morning and arrives Thursday. Orders placed over the weekend are processed Monday morning and arrive Tuesday.

Delivery time
Standard delivery typically arrives within 2-4 business days of dispatch, depending on your Emirate.

Shipping cost
Free delivery on orders over AED 150. Orders under AED 150 are charged a flat AED 15 shipping fee.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to courier volume, weather, or circumstances outside our control. We'll do our best to keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
